Erika Thomas, quoted as this year’s “budding philanthropist” in the Sun-Sentinel and Las Olas Lifestyle Magazine, handles leases, rentals, purchases and sales for commercial and residential properties in the Fort Lauderdale area.  A member of the National Association of Realtors, her clients include local restaurant owners, informed market investors, land developers, international clients and even first time home buyers and seasonal renters.

In addition to real estate, Erika founded “Cocktails for a Cause” which hosts happy hours in Fort Lauderdale’s trendiest restaurants and bars; 100% benefiting Broward Children’s Center.  Her events have raised over $30,000 that are being used to build a Sensory Stimulation and Rehabilitation Center for special needs children in Pompano Beach, FL.
