Nicole Cauz, a New Jersey native, moved to South Florida in 2004 and currently resides on Fort Lauderdale Beach. She joined Las Olas Real Estate Professionals in 2009 while working as a real estate paralegal. She received her Bachelor's in Business Administration, cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University and is working towards her Juris Doctorate at Florida International University's College of Law.

Nicole has both commercial and residential listings including office and retail spaces on Las Olas Boulevard. She also serves as the exclusive listing agent for a nine unit luxury condominium located in downtown Fort Lauderdale. As an experienced buyer's representative in luxury condominium and townhome purchases in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, she is skilled at understanding her clients' needs, dedicated to pursing their best interests and committed to exceeding their expectations.
